The project included total and complete renovations, remodeling and upgrading of two (2) existing seven (7) story office buildings, encompassing the following items of work: single ply roof construction, remodeling of all common areas, rework of 8 elevators, rework of all parking areas, repair and reseal of expansion joints in parking garage, structural repairs to existing structure, new A/C cooling towers and chillers (500 tons), miscellaneous interior improvements, and lanscaping including irrigation system.
