The extension of the Omni Guideway Metro Mover project was built for the Miami-Dade County Metro-Dade Transit Agency and consisted of the construction of 1.4 miles of elevated steel guideway for automated light rail system including foundations, piers, steel girders, cable trays, running surfaces and steel guide beam in downtown Miami, Florida. Also included was, maintenance of traffic, traffic signalization, electrical work, and night work, as necessary. Roadwork included demolition, earthwork, reconstruction of existing streets, also excavation and dewatering as required.
